Gore Range Outfitters Inc. hunting trips, in Summit County, offer private and public access to some incredible deer and elk hunting, a half million acres of the rugged, remote White River National Forest is included in our permited area. We operate out of GMU's 37 & 371 under a special use permit with the USFS Dillon Ranger District. We hunt deer, elk, mountain goat and bighorn sheep.
Our expert guides each have many years of experience hunting in this area and will provide you with unmatched, personalized service and first-class accommodations in prime wilderness area for your Colorado big game hunt. Your guides will bring you in on horseback to select camp locations for optimum success. We also offer day trips, so be sure to contact us.
GRO offers three to five-day all inclusive trips that are fully guided and offer high-end accommodations. Gourmet meals with a cook at every camp, deluxe camps, quality sleeping quarters and transportation to and from the hunting camps via horse.
Day Trips
$300 per person per day. Minimum of 2 people (maximum of 2 people per guide).
We meet at the ranch in the morning, well before daybreak, then head to one of our various access points into either GMU 37 or 371. These trips are on foot, so some hiking is required. Our guides will pick the prime areas for you to hunt, based on what we have learned from the patterns the elk herds typically follow in these areas, year after year. We have good success with these day hunts and references are available upon request.
Overnight Trips
5 Day trip $2,000.00 per person. Minimum of 2 people (maximum of 2 people per guide).
7 Day trip $3,000.00 per person. Minimum of 2 people (maximum of 2 people per guide).
